Why won't my screenplay upload?
Please check to make sure you do not have any symbols in the document title. This will create a conflict in your upload.
Be sure your format is in PDF, .doc, fdr or rtf.
Please make sure your PDF has come from a text type of document and not a scanned image because the size of the file might just be too big. Unsure? Feel free to ask!

Why do I have more than one confirmation? Was I charged twice?
You may have more than one Entry Confirmation because you may have pressed the submit button more than once by accident. This does not mean you were charged more than once. If you submitted once and paid, you should have an Entry Confirmation Email as well as a Paypal Confirmation Email. You have only been charged the amount on your Paypal Confirmation email.
